SwiftSubmit Terms and Conditions

Definition and Scope

The primary purpose of SwiftSubmit is to provide an AI-powered service that auto-completes inputs on online job applications. This service is intended for anyone looking for a new job.

User Registration and Account

Users must have a LinkedIn account to register. After logging in, users must provide a text version of their CV before they can use the service. The service is currently available only in English. SwiftSubmit does not provide an option for users to terminate their accounts.

Service Usage

Users can avail the service by following these steps:

  1. Install the extension from Chrome or Firefox web store.
  2. Open a new window and click on the pencil icon at the bottom right.
  3. Login with LinkedIn.
  4. Copy and paste their text CV into the box on the settings page.
  5. Receive 25 credits to pay for AI outputs.
  6. Visit any online job post. Blue arrow buttons will appear beside input fields; clicking on them activates the service, which types into the input box in real-time.

Service usage is limited by the number of credits in a user's account. Misuse or abuse of the service will result in account deletion.

Payments and Refunds

Users can top up their accounts via Stripe. Payments are one-time and not subscription-based. No refunds are provided. Payment disputes will be resolved by an internal arbitration team.

Intellectual Property

Users own the content they provide. However, by using SwiftSubmit, users grant the service unlimited rights to retain, process, and use their data, primarily for training future models.

Privacy and Data Usage

User data is securely stored in our private cloud. Data sharing is limited to OpenAI for text generation. Third-party integrations include LinkedIn (for login) and Stripe (for payments).

Service Modifications and Termination

The service operates on a credit system. Credits can be used anytime and do not expire. Credits cannot be transferred. Users' access can be revoked if they engage in activities detrimental to the SwiftSubmit community, company, or brand.

Disputes and Governing Law

Disputes between the service and users will be resolved by an internal arbitration team. The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Limitation of Liability

SwiftSubmit is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by users. Users are responsible for verifying all outputs & texts before submitting their job applications. The service has an SLA of 99.9%.
